Genesis10 is currently seeking a Financial Analyst with our client in the financial industry in their Addison, TX location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for working with Tech Exec Finance team on Funding & Resource topics
  • Ability to manage, structure, and consolidate multiple sources of data into intelligent reports and stories, and take appropriate actions to remedy outlier situations; can operate assertively and independently in a fast paced environment
  • Process all Resource Management emails/requests
  • Liaise with Vendors
  • Maintain team roster of roughly 300 resources and how resources align to managers and teams across the DPS organization
  • Monitor headcount changes in real time, facilitate hiring process, and create resource forecast on quarterly basis
  • Process all Funding changes and track funds received
  • Requirements:
  • Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, team building, and influencing skills
  • Highly organized and motivated self-starter and quick learner
  • Advanced Excel skills, general financial acumen, analytical skills, detail oriented
  • Analytical experience - ability to make sense of data from multiple sources, and put into views for Executive consumption
  • Requires efficient task-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, advanced Excel skills (comfortable performing lookups, creating pivots and comparing datasets)
  • Prior experience with finance is a plus
  • Will be required to process changes/requests fast & accurately to keep a near real-time Resource/Funding master file up to date
  • Must be able to work with multiple managers and could present/discuss with the leadership team
  • Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines and be able to switch gears fast
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
