Job Description

We are seeking anexperienced Operations Manager looking to add value to the supply chain of our Darwin based Warehouse. Utilizeyour knowledge and experienceof Supply chain operations within the O&G or Mining Industries to provide visible and proactive leadership for all personnel at site. As the main touch point for the customer you will liaise regularly to ensure all order demands are met and demonstrate that safety is at the forefront of all operations.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full operations process.
  • Control and strive to continually improve the performance andoperationsstrategy.
  • Drivethe coordination and follow through of operational requirements.
  • Ensure operational staff are working collaboratively, effectively and delivering on all customer targets.
  • Use the systems to aid your success.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone confident in their abilities to assess, monitor and lead their team so to deliver on their customer and company targets. You will have strong leadership and people skills and bring your teamon the journey of change management as required.

  • Familiarization and experience with handling and transporting industrial equipment commonly used by the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Extensive understanding of operational processes and strategies
  • Understanding and working knowledge of operational budgets and financial reporting, experience in SAP would be advantageous.
  • Well-developed management and leadership skills.
