Minor electrical work (changing out switches, replacing light fixtures, etc) basic plumbing skills (repair replace toilets, deal with clogs and leaks) repair of garage doors & openers, repair & replacement of electric gates. Work is part time but steady. Must have RELIABLE transportation and basic tools and be DEPENDABLE.
