Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Self-reliant experienced maintenance professional.

Have reliable transportation (a truck or van is a plus).

Drywall

HVAC

Plumbing

Electrical

Building upkeep/maintenance

Understanding of general maintenance and procedures

ABOUT US:

We operate 9 locations of our franchised business model, salon suites. Each location is essentially a beauty mall where we lease studios to independent beauty professionals. We maintain facilities and assist our clients (beauty professionals) with any maintenance requests or work orders they may have.

THE POSITION:

Part-Time about 12-18 hours per week

The hours and days are flexible, for the most part you can pick what works best for you, but we would prefer the same set times/days each week if possible.

You would travel to different locations depending on our needs.

We use an app to assign tasks and organize our work flow so its easy for you to see what you need to get done and by when. There is a full-time maintenance technician who knows our buildings very well and you would work with him at times and also have him as a resource for any questions throughout your day.

You would communicate with the Operations Manager weekly, but NO micro-managing. That being said, we need someone trustworthy and dependable who will accomplish tasks without needing to be checked on all day.
