The Technical Support Specialist plays a critical role in enabling seamless technology integration within the School of Nursing. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting across a diverse range of devices, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to configure and optimize classroom technology setups, troubleshooting issues during class sessions, offering guidance and training on classroom technologies, staying abreast of emerging trends, and closely working with the IT support team to ensure appropriate equipment deployment.
