RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager (HR- Oracle HCM) in Nashville, TN.

Duties Include: Project Manager will execute a broad range of tasks in support of a large Oracle Cloud project; Tasks may include managing the RAID log, Change log, Enhancement log, SmartSheet project dashboards, SharePoint content, and more Assist the Oracle Cloud Program with project plan updates, status reporting, action items, budget, and more Work with project team members to ensure updates are made to project trackers (on a timely basis Work with the business/customer to determine and document project/program requirements Keep project content in SharePoint and SmartSheet organized and current Assist with project documentation approvals/signoffs, assisting with routing, approval capture, tracking, and upload to SharePoint Assist with project administration functions such as resource onboarding, contracts, and invoices Manage access requests and privileges to SharePoint and SmartSheet As a Project Manager, you will take direction from the Oracle Cloud team and work independently or with limited guidance to deliver expected results Develop and maintain documentation related processes to keep content organized and current Coordinate with other team members to ensure action items are being completed and appropriately documented Evaluate information harvested through Steering Committees and workshops, task analysis and business process description Project Managers participate in and promote a knowledge-sharing environment Provide timely, comprehensive verbal and written status reports

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMP certification preferred Minimum of 5-7 years of Business and/or Project Management experience Experience in configuration management and change control principles and processes Demonstrated project experience in managing people and documentation Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including experience working in Agile environments Familiar with multiple software development disciplines Critical thinker with the ability to solicit information, organize and evaluate information from disparate sources and challenge traditional thinking to suggest innovative solutions Problem-solving and root cause identification skills Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to act as a role model through actions and demeanor Self-motivated, proactive, and versatile Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Excellent time management Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to connect with all levels of the organization Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint) Experience in an information systems/technology environment a plus Professional experience with a large healthcare system, integrated delivery system, managed care organization, public health organization or medical center is preferred Proficient in Smartsheet preferred
