Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, and office space. Empties trash and garbage containers. Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and assist others when lifting is required

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
