Position SummaryA Caris Healthcare Caris Representative serves as a leader with overall organization management of the hospice agency. Career Advancement Opportunities
Provide education on the hospice benefit and Caris Healthcare’s services to increase referral source understanding and utilization of hospice services
Development and execution of appropriate sales call plan to achieve hospice admission goals and growth results for assigned territory
Conduct a minimum of 40 quality sales visits and presentations each week
Develop long term referral source partnerships and provide service recovery timely and effectively
Collaboration with internal customers to leverage growth opportunities including Caris team members, medical directors, and nurse practitioners.
Timely completion of administrative duties: daily visit documentation, payroll entry, expenses, etc.
Two (2) years of healthcare related experience
Bachelor’s degree
Management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Works well with a team and independently
Proficient computer and technology skills
