Software Engineer / Java

Job Description A growing company in the sports industry is looking to hire a Software Engineer to join their team. This is a fully remote, salaried position. This company has gained a lot of traction and growth over the past couple of years. They are looking to hire an engineer with experience in Java, and understanding of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices and REST APIs are a plus. If you have previous experience in the financial industry or in sports that's a plus, but not required. • Experience with Java
• Understanding of messaging systems

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science or related field
