The consultant is responsible to technically support a growing Azure environment, recommending best practices based on POCs, when needed, and ensuring the privacy and security of the HIPAA data contained therein. Key Skills: Experience building and scaling Azure infrastructure through the Azure Portal and with the use of scripts

Ability to establish group permissions to Linux with the use of SUDO files

Ability to assist with the management of a Traditional AD on VMs for VMs

Has experience planning and implementing patching procedures for VM's in the cloud

Required Skills:

Experience creating shell scripts to configuration, orchestration, logging, and administration in Linux

Experience writing Azure scripts using CLI, Cloudshell, and Powershell

Ability to join Linux and Windows machines to a Traditional AD

AZ103/104 Azure Administrator Certification or equivalent experience

RHCSA/RHCE Administration Certification for Red Hat Linux or equivalent experience

Understands how to maintain Windows and Linux virtual machines with appropriate patching

Has set up Azure Load Balancers as part of their project work

Demonstrated ability to document operations' procedures for business continuity

Experience maintaining Terminal Services to enable teams to work on a shared Virtual Machine (VM)

Experience with the use or creation of DevSecOps procedures for iterative development

Experience acting as a backup domain administrator for an organization

Experience building Azure infrastructure with the use of scripts

Experience mapping storage to Azure VM's as drives

Has the knowledge to ensure that only specific admin user accounts who log in through a specific admin VPN have the right to remote Virtual Machines (VMs)

Experience working with a Service Now (SNOW) Team to activate cloud server discovery

Experience automating build of infrastructure using the Asset Resource Manager (ARM)

Has ability to scale Virtual Machines up and down with Azure CLI scripts

Must work with the Cloud Architect to help maintain the Azure Inventory defining the dynamic portions
