• Cashiers and Front End

• Operations including Freight Flow and Ship-from-Store

• Sales Associate for Apparel, Bikes & Exercise,Team Sports, Golf, Footwear, Outdoors

• Specialists in Customer Service, Running, Baseball, Softball

• Technician in Bikes or Golf

Sales Teammate Duties Include:

• Creating a world-class customer experience

• Making our stores look great by upholding company standards for merchandise presentation

• Showing passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment for the sports and activities we support in our stores

• Cross training for cash registers

• Promoting company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions

Operations & Freight Flow Teammate Duties:

• Unloading trucks and processing freight

• Processing ship from store orders as well as buy online pickup in store orders

• Maintaining cleanliness of all areas of the store including offices and restroom

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively

All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.
