job summary:

Randstad Technologies is seeking an HRIS Solutions Analyst. This is a 100% remote position, and will not require travel. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience utilizing HRIS systems, and a sound understanding of HR concepts and terminology. Experience with UiPath or any other RPA software is a huge plus.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Participate in multiple, concurrent RPA projects: assessment, requirements, design, testing, administration and audits
Develop/maintain detailed process workflows and documentation related to process automation
Coordinate and participate in troubleshooting of reported issues to ensure timely resolution
Perform daily maintenance tasks and weekly/ad-hoc reporting activities
Identify system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities
Develop and deliver RPA systems training for core user groups
