We are looking for an experienced candidate to come work alongside the Corporate Finance's IT and Business leadership teams to create solutions that provide immediate business improvement, interface and collaborate with technology and business teams from across the firm, and help decide how to best use technology to support the business initiatives for Corporate Finance and the company. The person will work for a very experienced data architect which will allow for tremendous personal growth, and you will be exposed to high level executives from all areas of the firm. responsibilities:

5+ years of professional experience in data/BI development role
An experienced, confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across diverse technical and business teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to provide timely and concise reports and communications, and interact with multiple groups and levels as you will be working closely with High Level Executives
4+ years of design/development/deployment/support/testing experience in Power BI or similar tools.
Database design/development experience is a plus +
Own the relationships with Finance, other department leaders and their corresponding subject matter experts on the requirement, design and development of analytics and dashboards.
Interact with UX teams to enhance visualization/usability and ensure that the dashboards are aligned in accordance with our branding patterns/themes to maximize the user's UX opportunities
Capacity to learn and work in a fast-paced development environment.
Ability to work with others and to lead the Corporate Financial Systems Analytics team comprised of 4 offshore members and an onsite consultant.
Participate in the hiring and mentoring of new team members (offshore/onshore).
Participate in design / code reviews.
Participate in project planning and estimation.
Solid logical, analytical, and programming skills, attention to detail, problem solving ability, coupled with experience supporting multiple environments.
Support, maintain, and document application functionality, software testing and quality assurance.
Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies related to software development.

Minimum 5 years of experience
Education: Bachelors (required)

SQL
Business Intelligence (5 years of experience is preferred)
