Skill Set Years of Experience Proficiency Level Data Warehouse Projects 5+ Expert Master Data Management 5+ Expert Data Modelling 10+ Expert Life/Annuity Insurance Business 10+ Expert Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Technical
  • Extensive background in large data initiatives such as Data Warehouses, Master Data Management, Policy Administration System Migrations, etc.
  • Hands on exposure to core Policy Administration and New Business systems/platforms.
  • Hands on exposure to Data Lineage, Data Quality, and similar topic areas.
  • Hands on exposure to Data modelling tools
  • Hands on exposure to ETL tools
  • Understanding of Typical insurance batch data processing environments and issues
