For daily dispatch and all other needs, you will deal directly with the owners - no disconnect between dispatch and management. We know the burdens of driving OTR and we try to eliminate as much of the BS for you as we can. You are a professional and deserve to be treated like it.

Our definition of treating our drivers well:

- Telling you the truth, always - there's enough to keep up with already, no need to add some BS on top of it

- Making sure you have 48 hours home every weekend - there's more to life than working. Even if that means deadheading you back to Memphis after your load in Cincinnati cancelled Friday afternoon.

- Honoring all time-off requests.

- Checking on your availability and time, rather than forcing unrealistic dispatch requests on you.

- Taking care of all repair and maintenance needs in a timely manner to keep you rolling and COMFORTABLE.

- Keeping your equipment clean, so you can look good doing what you do.

- Paying you with direct deposit every Friday morning for ALL the work you have done. No situations where dispatch confirms some accessorial pay and then it's not on your check.

We understand it's hard to get many miles if it takes all day to load and unload. That's why we offer great detention, accessorial and layover pay, as well as offering a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,000/wk. If you're out there working hard, you deserve to be paid well for it.
