Job Title: HRIS Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6 month contract + possible extension Compensation: Highly competitive and negotiable

Required Experience:
  • 2-3 yrs Taleo
  • 2-3 yrs Oracle
  • 2-3 yrs with integration/configuration
Responsibilities:
  • Liaison between the HR system user and the IT team to make changes/repairs/maintenance
  • Integration Configuration
    • A number of potential systems are being vetted for integration with our Taleo environment, candidates should have experience in integrating with known Certified Taleo Partners (e.g. passport services)
  • Day to day configuration and support of the Oracle Taleo Environment, specifically the below modules
    • Recruiting
    • Onboarding
    • Career Sections
    • SmartOrg
