Job Title: UX Designer Location: Remote Duration: 6 month contract + possible extension Compensation: Highly competitive and negotiable

Required Experience:
  • 3 yrs as a UX designer, product designer, digital designer or similar role
  • 3-5 yrs web and mobile platforms
  • 3-5 yrs Adobe Sketch, Adobe creative suite
  • 3-5 yrs Adobe XD or Figma
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the UX researcher to identify users' needs and understand how users consume and navigate content
  • Interpret data and qualitative feedback into actionable next steps
  • Develop user-centered designs considering customer feedback, personas, user research, technical constraints or opportunities, and business needs
  • Leverage proven patterns to enhance and optimize products - Establish and shape Fractal components in collaboration with UI Design
  • Collaborate with pod team members and business stakeholders to develop a core understanding of user personas
