HVAC Maintenance Technician

Mountain Air and Heat, LLC is a family owned and operated HVAC maintenance company serving Sevierville, TN and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (i.e. refrigeration units, heaters, air compressors, furnaces, boilers, humidifiers, air cleaners etc.)

Perform routine maintenance on heating equipment (heat pumps, furnace systems etc.)

Diagnose and repair electrical issues (i.e. light switches, outlets etc.)

Perform building maintenance tasks (i.e. painting, carpentry services, light repairs etc.)

Maintain tools and supplies by properly using them and ensuring they are stored properly

Complete work orders with accurate times of completion

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager as needed

Experience:

2 years of experience in a similar role

Experience with refrigeration equipment preferred but not required

Experience with HVAC equipment preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
