As a Rocky Top HVAC Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for promoting and Branding HVAC products and services to potential customers in area subdivision and developments. Marketing Specialist are vital in helping homeowners understand the importance of Maintaining and Servicing their HVAC system while proactively earning their business. Own the marketing process from start to finish with the support of the best Customer Service, Operations and Installation teams in East TN.

You must be able to think quickly on your feet and identify solutions you learned in training to help solve customer problems.

Professional approach with in-home presentations and proposals.

A strong hunger to achieve goals.

Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of Home Automation & Security.

Job Requirements:

Marketing experience is a plus but not required.

Door to Door Residential Marketing (This is NOT a sales position, this is a marketing position that requires marketing rep to go into subdivisions and inform customers of our services while offering free gift cards and leaving material).

Customer Support experience is a plus.

Live in Knoxville, TN

Must be honest and empathetic to the needs of customers.

Compensation:

Compensation: $15.00 Per Hour
