Position Overview: As a CNC Router Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the production of composite tooling components. You will operate and maintain CNC Routers, work with engineering teams to interpret blueprints, and ensure products meet strict industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC Routers to produce high-quality composite tooling components.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.

Set up and calibrate machinery, ensuring proper tooling and materials are used.

Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.

Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and achieve efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining or a related field preferred.

Experience as a CNC Router Operator, preferably in a composites tooling or manufacturing environment preferred.

An understanding of CNC machine operations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
