Job Description

Summary

The purpose of this job is to provide tools, training, and other solutions to improve Pilot culture, human resources practices, and leadership/Team Member skills and employment experience.

Essential Functions

1. Facilitate discussions with leadership and key stakeholders to understand needs and create organizational development tools, programs, initiatives, and training

2. Facilitate training programs

3. Create and update Team Member/Leadership training guides

4. Assist with Talent Development programs, projects, and initiatives needed including:

a. eLearning content for Pilot Learning (LMS)

b. Candidate selection tools and processes

c. Talent review and succession planning processes

d. Onboarding and career pathing programs

e. Performance management tools

f. Field Leadership development programs

5. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and Team Members are supported at the highest level

6. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

7. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred

· Experience in training and human resources preferred

Specialized Knowledge

· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

· Ability to balance the sophistication of tools and processes with the company culture and usability

· Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and expected follow-up, combined with working collaboratively to meet those needs

· Critical thinking and effective analysis skills

· Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and written and verbal communication skills specifically with presentations, group meetings, and facilitation; active listening skills

· Decision making and problem solving

· Project management skills

· Ability to influence without authority

Travel

Travel required less than 10%

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

· General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
