Job Title: Cisco Network EngineerLocation: Knoxville, TNSalary: $80k - $90k + Bonus + Relo

Based in Knoxville, TN we are any industry leader manufacturing group that is recognized at the international level. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Cisco Network Engineer with a security background.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
  • Take ownership of daily network management and support tasks
  • Supporting all route/switch infrastructure using multiple Cisco technologies
  • Maintain software configurations and operating system updates, update configuration templates, provision and deploy new hardware at all locations.
  • Manage firewall configurations according to company policy
  • Proactively monitor network conditions with various tools
  • Manage public-facing DNS records, SSL certificates, DNS filtering
  • Identity management including SSO connections to all 3rd party SaaS providers and external partners
  • Manage and maintain the wireless infrastructure at all locations
  • Perform regular network scans, report on issues, and work with server/desktop admins to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
  • Assist in general security policy evaluation, incident response planning, disaster recovery planning/testing, and general awareness.

Job Details

Must have:
  • 7+ years of Network Engineering experience
  • CCNP
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
