We have an immediate, long-term contract opening with one of our major clients in Franklin, TN for a Field Support Engineer. The ideal applicant will assist with software installation and troubleshooting across a wide range of applications. The ideal applicant will have good customer care experience and the ability to perform broken fixes, desk side assistance, IMACD's, data migration, refreshes, and other similar tasks. The candidate should also be able to coordinate with vendors to provide end-user assistance (for example, hardware vendor technicians for warranty repair/replacement).
