Maintenance Equipment and Property Mon-Sat 8-5 (Chattanooga)

Accepting applications for Experienced individuals with property and machine maintenance. Applicant must be very experienced in all fields needed to perform job and have a very good work record.

We will also request to do a background check before hiring.

Primary focus is maintaining equipment used in production, property maintenance and custodial duties. Tools are provided. Equipment is steam and air operated.

Applicants must have mechanical repair skills.

Applicants must have good carpentry skills and basic knowledge of lawn mowing, pressure washing , painting, sweeping , mopping.

Applicants must have valid drivers license with no restrictions to drive company vehicles with a good driving record.

Applicants must be self motivated and productive without direct supervision.

The job is Monday -Saturday 5 days a week, 8am-5pm most days and No Sundays except for major planned maintenance days.
