Line Cook / Prep Cook - Wine Down Bistro

We are looking for an eager and ambitious line cook to join our kitchen staff. You will prep, cook and create in a busy kitchen. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be flexible with availability and quick in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important but not completely necessary.

We’re looking for those who want to learn, not who feel they know it all.

The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.
