The US CHC portfolio includes well-recognized brands such as: Allegra, Nasacort, Xyzal, Dulcolax, Gold Bond, Cortizone-10, Icy Hot, Aspercreme, Rolaids, ACT, Unisom, and Selsun Blue.Job overviewThis position will work with R&D formulators and other functions to create innovative new consumer products by developing and validating analytical methods and managing the product through accelerated stability and scale-up. This position will work to develop and improve prototype samples, including potential new ingredients and container / closure systems. Work on a variety of other challenging issues related to fundamental chemistry is anticipated.ResponsibilitiesDevelop analytical methods

Evaluate new ingredients and contain / closure systems

Evaluate prototypes

Contribute to CMC submissions

Work with broad international teams to manage aspects of projects

Create internal training and other procedures.

Required QualificationsPh.D. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or other closely related field. Extensive experience with other degrees may be considered.

Minimum 5 years laboratory experience.

Preferred Qualifications5-10+ years GMP ExperienceTerms of EmploymentHired candidate will work independently on projects

On site work is required with this position.

Limited travel will be required

Relocation support is available.
