Randstad Technologies is hiring a Project/Training Coordinator in Chattanooga. This position will support the COVID-19 response within vulnerable populations which include, but are not limited to long-term care, home health, dialysis, hospice, assisted living facilities, and participation in Healthcare Coalitions throughout the state.

responsibilities:

Planning LTC Onboarding
Project Coordination
Scheduling and Conducting Training
Administrative Tasks and Reporting

Responsibilities also include developing partnerships with vulnerable populations to increase their knowledge in emergency preparedness and participation in Healthcare Coalitions throughout the state.

Identifying and recommending available resources for emergency preparedness planning and response pertaining to vulnerable populations.

Identifying training gaps in the healthcare community related to vulnerable populations.

Working with appropriate personnel, agencies, and vendors to develop and deliver training materials in a timely manner.

You will also attend seminars, professional meetings, trainings, and reviews literature to keep up with current trends

in emergency preparedness and response for vulnerable populations.

Coordinate with Regional Hospitals to provide guidance for facilities and localities in the development of regional plans, memorandums of understanding, agreements, procedures, and other documents.

Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 2 years of experience
Education: High School
