Help Desk Analyst

Currently we are searching for a Help Desk Technician to fulfill an immediate vacancy. This individual will be responsible for:• Supporting users located in the field and in corporate offices.• Will provide superior support and guidance on a variety of systems, applications, and processes. We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:• Previously worked in a helpdesk/call-center environment.• Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 7, 8, and 10• Knowledge of basic computer hardware.• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.• Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities and processes.• Working knowledge of help desk/incident management systems, databases and remote access software.• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
