Job Description
As a Data Analyst at BluWave, you will have the opportunity to work on large, ongoing data analytics projects that span all functional areas of our business, as well ad hoc projects supporting specific parts of our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, curious, intelligent, and dependable problem solver who is able to work efficiently by themselves and in collaboration with other team members without letting important details slip through the cracks.
This role will be needed starting Spring/Summer 2022 college seniors are encouraged to apply.

- Manage and continuously improve our internal database.
- Deploy strategies and processes to clean B2B data and maintain the integrity of our database.
- Effectively pull, analyze, and report data to address business problems and opportunities.
- Create simple and elegant dashboards that allow our team to easily comprehend key insights.
- Identify and address areas for process improvement and automation in our data flows.
- Take on other ad hoc responsibilities as needed in a fast growth start-up, maintaining flexibility and a can-do attitude needed as part of our collaborative team and shared mission.
Qualifications
- 4-year undergraduate degree with a proven track record of success.
- 0-2 years professional work experience using Excel or similar programs (internships are ok!).
- Knowledge of relational databases and data properties; experience in Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau desired, but not mandatory.
- Experience performing statistical analyses desired.
- We strongly prefer that you live in Nashville, but we are open to talking if you are interested in relocating here.
- Passion for solving problems and helping grow our business through segmenting, organizing, and analyzing data.
- Keen ability to ask questions, explore, and understand a wide variety of information challenges.
- Extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and highly comfortable with multi-tasking.
- Strong and demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
