Senior Product Manager, Growth

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Growth Engineering team at Eucalyptus. The Growth Engineering team owns, and creates and optimises product experiences across the funnel from onboarding to retention.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be:

• Driving the product vision and strategy alongside the Head of Growth and key stakeholders.

• Identify the highest impact experiments and features to implement to improve core business metrics and long-term strategy

• Conducting user research, competitor research to deeply understand the market and customer

• Using a variety of inputs (qualitative and quantitative) to drive product decisions

• Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives

• Work with technical leaders to refine scoping on projects and approach development in an incremental and iterative manner

Contributing to the product management craft as we double in size, which includes mentoring

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 5 years of product management experience working with agile development teams

• You have experience managing competing priorities across new features, iterative improvement, manage tech/operational debt and scalability

• You’re passionate about inspiring and leading teams so that they understand what we’re doing and why

• You’re excellent at driving outcomes and filling gaps where it’s needed to ensure the success of the product

• You always think of the big picture, and analyse what is the most important for the company to ensure the team is working on the highest impact work

• You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you have to balance velocity of decision making, quality and having a MVP mindset

• Product strategy experience

• Previous experience in Growth or similar roles

• Proficiency in Sketch or Figma

• Startup experience - especially as a founder, or as a key person who built the product

• Proficiency with SQL
