Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities :

  • This role is for a primary coordinator of all processing of physical mailings to and from clients. This will be related to the Standing Instructions Uplift project and also for support of the ILITs product and other initiatives that require dedicated support for the tracking and execution of physical mailings. The candidate will be liaising with all Trust Officers and Assistant Trust Officers. This is a sensitive position due to the handling of customer data. The work is onsite in the Sioux Falls where there are exceptionally conservative protocols that create a very safe environment. There will be staff to train and guide in the office, but this will also be managed according to the Firm's protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Required Skills :
  • The candidate must have exceptional organizational skills,
  • Be very responsible, independently motivated, and a strong communicator.
  • Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience is critical.
  • Strong attention to detail is critical.
