With a growing presence in Texas, our goal is to provide superior service to school districts across the state. As a Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of projects supporting school districts across Texas and other K-12-based program needs. Consultants play a key role in the advancement of business development opportunities and the ongoing support of our existing clients. This role will primarily focus on the execution of client success while collaborating on team-wide business development strategies.Specific Responsibilities: The role requires a detail-oriented and versatile individual who can:Manage and maintain strong client relationships with school districts by focusing on timely client support, clear and effective communication, and producing high quality deliverables.

This role will have a particular focus on school district programs like special education, Section 504, Medicaid, and other K-12 initiatives.

To achieve success, this candidate must be able to create and implement comprehensive project plans, navigate competing client priorities, and deal with ambiguity.

You will play a role in the maintenance and enhancement of PCG’s proprietary education software solution, EDPlan™.

Assist with the planning and implementation of new education projects, as needed.

Prepare written status reports for clients and present in meetings.

Be responsible for creating detailed project work plans that accurately describe the tasks, deliverables, and due dates for multiple ongoing projects.

You will be expected to support the execution of day-to-day operational tasks, addressing both client facing and internal team needs.

The ideal candidate is personable, proactive in anticipating client needs, and feels a sense of duty to follow-up with client requests and maintain client satisfaction.

PCG will provide the new Consultant with a comprehensive, challenging training plan to ensure:Within first 30 days, understand and articulate PCGs existing clients in Texas and available services within Special Education, Medicaid, Section 504, and other K-12 programs.

Within 60 days, deeply understand framework for client expectations, client project details, and client discussions as set forth by Supervisors and Managers.

Within 90 days, confidently lead existing and prospective client engagements and other team wide responsibilities and develop KPIs related to maintaining client success.

After the implementation of a successful training plan, the Consultant can expect to focus on project management, client support, and business development with at least 80% focus, including:Oversees and coordinates multiple engagements across the team to ensure client deliverables are met in a timely manner.

Provides high quality project management and client support.

Investigates and analyzes prospective client operational processes, provides recommended solutions, manages implementation, and provides ongoing maintenance and support to clients.

Communicates with clients and other stakeholders to improve our services.

Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control risks.

Assists Supervisor and Manager in aligning the business development strategy with product/service development.

Supports business development and lead generation activities.

Support project growth and marketing initiatives as assigned.

Coordinates and monitors proposal responses/solicitations and ensures on-time, complete delivery of proposals.

Coordinate teams to prepare for written status reports and materials for new clients; present status reports in client meetings.

Positively contribute to the team, region, and firm culture, community, and environment.

Other responsibilities as necessary will make up the remaining 20%

Required Experience Bachelor's degree required;

3-4 years of related experience;

Experience working with software systems is a plus;

Experience working with K-12 school district clients is a plus;
