So, we ask, where will your journey take you?JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Manager, Global Enterprise Insight & Strategy, plays a critical role as a major insight and strategy provider in support of the Consumer Operations organization and the broader enterprise. This role will support the Senior Director, Global Enterprise Insight & Strategy in developing customer insights and strategies and working with teams across the organization to address implications. The Senior Manager will leverage all technical resources available to ensure the consumer is kept at the center of key business decisions. A critical role of the Senior Manager will be to understand key questions that are being (or should be) asked by the business teams, identify the appropriate solutions and business information sources (including research, analytics, and third-party information) to answer such questions, and synthesize data and insights into actionable steps to drive the business forward. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing and coordinating a number of cross-functional efforts across the broader Global Enterprise Insight, Strategy, and Analytics team, including the monthly Insights Package and the quarterly Brand Health report.The Senior Manager will demonstrate knowledge on relevant issues, products, systems, and processes, keeping up-to-date on the market, consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging threats.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree required, preferably in economics, business, math, or marketing

MBA highly preferred

3+ years’ experience in corporate strategy or management/strategy consulting, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance; equivalent to a management/strategy consulting Associate

Demonstrated ability to synthesize business and consumer data from multiple sources into insights with practical application to business needs

Experience applying basic business strategy frameworks (e.g., 3 C’s, 4P’s, Porter’s 5 Forces)

Experience using a hypothesis-driven approach to answer a business question and identifying ways to test a hypothesis (can be as part of a team)

Demonstrated quantitative acumen, including ability to use Excel to conduct basic data analysis

Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills; ability to find structure, logic, and insight in complex business problems to provide meaningful conclusions

Global experience preferred

Experience working with data and analytics teams

Strong project management skills and experience balancing multiple projects or responsibilities simultaneously

Experience with B2C brands, ideally with consumer segmentation and brand positioning; understands and can articulate viewpoint from “voice of customer”
