Job Title: MS Dynamic 365 Location : Remote Duration: Fulltime Analysts is seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer to join our Engineering team supporting a retail client. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be involved in designing, configuring, implementing the business solutions and features leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities. This role function as a technical client liaison and will lead a technical team of onshore and offshore resources.

• Ability to take Technical Leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
• Drive technical collaboration & engagement for offshore resources
• Serves as escalation point for technical issues.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or alternative education, skills, and/or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in one or more these areas - Finance, Operations and Retail/Commerce
• Provide critical thinking, technical innovation, and attention to detail while serving as a client trusted advisor .
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Proven track record of delivering in using distributed teams
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a dynamic / agile environment.
• A passion for delivering high quality engineering practices and producing high quality software.
• Self-motivated, and customer-focused and empathetic.
