- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT system maintenance, support, and enhancement activities
- 3 years of experience in Medicaid/Medical claims systems
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent in English, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant field
- Familiarity with SDLC concepts
- Familiarity with Agile and/or SCRUM development methodologies
- Experience collaborating with clients to translate business needs into well-documented, high- quality requirements, functional designs, and system supplemental specifications.
- Experience evaluating and analyzing changes requested by the client, as well as system impacts and possible solutions.
- Experience analyzing problems and provide corrective action plans.
- Experience with providing quality control for work completed by software engineers to ensure requirements have been met.
- Experience validating computer application features with the clients.
- Ability to perform unit and functional testing on developed applications.
- Experience creating presentation materials and facilitating meetings of various sizes.
- Experience with Medicaid/Medical claims systems
- Experience with Supplier, Input, Process, Output and Customer (SIPOC) processes and Agile and/or SCRUM development methodologies including leading SCRUM meetings.
- Familiarity with database design
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Services)
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud
