Job Description
We currently have an Entry Level opportunity for a talented and enthusiasticSupport Analyst to join ourCustomer Projects Team
About the role:Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the NextGen.Net ApplyOnline product suite
Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the NextGen.Net Agile Project Management methodology
Provide "PMO style" support for projects including:
- Supporting project managers are in using agile project methodology & meeting standards
- Identifying where project artefacts and JIRA tasks are not meeting best practice
- Creating and maintaining relevant project management reports, artefacts and documentation as required
Create JIRA reports on the wiki for Teams
Provide occasional functional testing support for Project Managers
Develop Business Analysis skills with view to supporting Project Managers with BA activities in projects (eg gap analysis, triage defects and change requests, requirement traceability)
Qualifications
What you need:- Experience in dealing with documentation of a technical nature
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge and understanding of Internet based applications & Windows applications
- High level MS Excel/Googlesheets skills
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Familiar with Jira and Confluence
- Degree or Diploma in an IT related area
- Previous experience working in IT (in a service industry or supporting an application)
- Some knowledge of the Lending, Banking or Mortgage industries would be an advantage
- Experience in functional testing of web based apps
