Delivery Assistant Driver

Full-time Position

Duties:

The responsibilities include assisting the driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs. The responsibilities also include running routes for drivers as needed and other duties as assigned by supervision.

You must be able to move 165 lb. kegs up and down stairs utilizing a two-wheeled cart.

Essential Qualifications:

Possess a current clean (within company standards) Class A driver's license or have the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time frame.

Possess a current medical examiners certificate or have the ability to obtain one as a contingency to being hired.

Demonstrated ability to do repetitive bending, twisting and lifting of 20 - 40 lbs and occasionally up to 165 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Possess or have the ability to possess a Forklift Safety certificate

Demonstrated ability to do basic math computations

Demonstrated ability to accurately process paperwork and be detail oriented

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and customers

Ability to learn and utilize technology used in the delivery process

Must pass a pre-employment strength test, background check and drug screening.

Current clean Class A driver's license preferred.

The standard hours of work for this position are: Monday through Friday from around 6:30 am until completed which is normally prior to 5 pm.
