We are looking for self motivated, energetic MATERIALS HANDLING (ORDER PICKING SPECIALISTS)/FORKLIFT OPERATORS, with a track record of unparalleled professionalism, integrity, and loyalty to join our phenomenal team and new industrial plant located in Watertown, SD. As a MATERIALS HANDLING (ORDER PICKING SPECIALIST)/FORKLIFT OPERATOR, you will be responsible for the following:

Job Duties:

-Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment for loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from storage areas and loading docks

-Shipping and receiving tasks, including picking and packing of products

-Performing manual and electronic record keeping and information retrieval

-Kitting – fill orders with parts into kits

-Hot Parts – ensuring urgent parts get to our customer

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

-Certified Forklift Operator: 1 year (Highly Preferred, but not required)

-Warehouse Experience: 1 year (Highly Preferred, but not required)

-High School diploma or GED Required

-Ability to sit for long periods of time and regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 35 pounds

-Dependable more reliable than spontaneous

-People-oriented enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects

-Adaptable/flexible enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

-Detail-oriented would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture

-Achievement-oriented enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail

-Autonomous/Independent enjoys working with little direction

-Innovative prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity

-High stress tolerance thrives in a high-pressure environment

-Self-motivated, energetic, and not afraid of heights.

10 Hour Shift

Day shift – 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Monday - Thursday - Regular Schedule

Some Overtime – Friday, Saturday and occasionally Sunday (Weekends)
