This position is in a call center and requires effective phone communication with adequate computer skills to perform research, document calls, update case information and effectively navigate through available resources and applications.Daily Tasks: Receive incoming phone calls from dealership technicians, document call details, provide guidance on warranty policy, issue detection and diagnosis for repair of powersports products. Respond to TechLine Connect cases in a timely fashion. (24hrs)Required Skills: -Must have the ability to communicate quickly and effectively over the phone. -Must have an adequate computer skill level to perform research, document calls, update case information and effectively navigate through available resources and applications. -The ideal candidate will have powersports dealership service department experience with a background in repairing motorcycles/ATV's/SXS's.Desired Skills: -Dealership technician experience, background repairing Motorcycles/ATV's/SXS's. -Experience riding motorcycles, ATV's and SXS products. -The ability to work in a corporate call center environment surrounded by powersports enthusiasts.Other:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm (1hr lunch 12pm-1pm)Estimated Amount of Overtime: None
