WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE A LICENSED HOME INSPECTOR IN SOUTH CAROLINA.

YOU HAVE TO BE TRAINED! Either by working for a licensed contractor / home inspector OR go through a SC State approved course in home inspection!

WE PROVIDE THAT TRAINING YOU NEED! If you go through this training, you don't need to work for another home inspector, you can inspect homes for real estate sales, construction opinion, new construction, foundation inspections, manufacture homes, bank loans, re-financing inspection, repair projects, 401K programs, HUD inspection.

Our upcoming training class is September 18-20, 2020 in Columbia area (Residence Inn by Marriott: Irmo location)

The class starts at 9AM (Friday Sept 18th). Class will be held at the Residence Inn by Marriott (Irmo, SC)
