Full Time Construction Laborers (Upstate)

SC Construction Services, LLC is growing and looking for construction laborers and skilled tradesmen to work with us in our fast-paced industry! We strive to provide an honest job well done on time with integrity for our clients.

As we are growing, we have the need to add independent, honest, and customer-oriented employees to our team to help with remodels and renovations for our RESIDENTIAL clients. We are looking for individuals who have more than one skill set, able to take direction, can self-manage, have their own hand tools AND possess the necessary skills to achieve both our company goals and the individual's personal goals.

Who are we looking For?

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in at least one of the following:

o Framing

o Carpentry

o Drywall Installation

o Painting

o Tile Installation

o Floor Installation

o Construction

Must be a self-starter

Shows initiative

Punctual and reliable attendance

Pays attention to detail and can follow instructions

Honest, grounded, and family oriented

Enthusiastic positive attitude

Self-managing and can work independently

Follows proper safety protocol

Must be able to lift heavy materials of at least 50 lbs or more

Must be have your own hand tools and/or equipment – we will provide the materials and supplies

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must be willing to travel around the Upstate of SC and parts of NC

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

What's In it for You?

Full time W-2 position with a minimum of 40 hours per week plus overtime

Monday-Friday daytime work week (weekend work on occasion)

On the job training will be provided for the first 2-3 weeks of employment
