Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Greenville, SC (Remote till Covid)

Duration: 11 monthsRequired Skills:

• Managing client interactions, governance from off-shore
• Lead technical discussions with various teams to resolve issues
• Primary point of contact for the shop on any urgent items or escalations
• Coordination with off-shore team to provide timely solutions
• Also participate in leading technical resolution in case of complex issues or issues requiring quick resolution for production halt or outages
• Manage major incident management communications with client stakeholders
• Work on opportunities for automation, modernization and optimization.

Skillset:

• 5-7 years of experience in application support in Java.
• Java development experience with willingness to move into application support technical project management will also be acceptable
• Additionally 5+ years of experience required in managing client relationship, onshore day-to-day support, escalations and governance
• Knowledge of containerization, micro-services, and AWS cloud would be added advantage.
