Leading diverse co-located scrum teams and keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends;

Demonstrating flexibility in applying Agile processes/principles across a multi-functional team while championing Agile values and mindset;

Working with Product Manager and other functional teams to define product vision/roadmap, identify user needs, maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI, manage product releases, and deliver a successful product in a way that aligns with the team’s vision;

Gathering and documenting feature requirements, schedule new releases, and coordinate sprints;

Planning and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product;

Creating and managing the product backlog, gathering & document requirements, developing user stories, prioritizing based on changing requirements, coordinating sprints, and scheduling new releases;

Overseeing and ensuring success of all stages of product creation from requirements gathering to design through to development, UAT, and delivery;

Partnering with ScrumMasters and participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints;

Developing detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams;

Assessing value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy;

Possessing ability to actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals;

Leading the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities;

Communicate with stakeholders- internal and external to the team-throughout the project and foster an environment of collaboration and creativity;

Demonstrating an understanding of business value around feature/functions;

Possessing high level of skills in communication, presentation, and leadership;

Demonstrating ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs;

Possessing sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; and,

Serving as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.
