- Manage project site safety
- Ensure all personnel and subcontractors are familiar with and adhere to safe work practices
- Coordinate and document all safety meeting and job box talks
- Review completion of Point of Work Risk Assessments before any work begins
- Ensure all personnel and subcontractors acquire and employ the proper personal protective equipment for all required job tasks
- Ensure that project is secure after each shift and that all tools, material, and equipment are returned and secured for customer occupancy
- Site management of all subcontractors on all facets of work and personnel
- Obtain, organize, and maintain all project quality assurance documents
- Assist in managing the installed quality of all trades
- Assist in maintaining submittals for all trades assigned
- Execute Project Management Plan within the constraints established by the Project Manager and Project Sponsor
- Review project plan, properly layout project tasks, and work with customer on scheduling tasks
- Enable execution of work activities according to project schedule
- Coordinate facility access requirements with customer
- Communicate with project team regarding RFI’s and Material Submittals
- Provide weekly project status and required information to Project Manager to update Project Management Information System
- Complete and store all required project documentation
- Participate in project coordination meetings for customer and subcontractors
- Provide project/scope status updates in a group setting
- Take meeting minutes and distribute to all parties in attendance
- Participate in required inspections with Authorities Having Jurisdiction
- Continually identify and proactively manage scope risks and issues and ensure execution of corrective action plans
- Assist in actively managing risks or concerns with the project manager
- Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the jobsite
- Build and maintain good relationships with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies
- Participate in field audits and related analysis and results and performance assurance of installed systems
- Participate in customer training on scopes of work
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to oversee project work activities of medium size and moderate complexity
- Ability to create O&M Manuals
