Sr. Financial Analyst – Process Improvement (Remote)Overview of PositionChange Healthcare is seeking Sr. Financial Analysts who will create value for the Software & Analytics Process Improvement team. Acting as a key advisor you will provide accurate and data-based recommendations to drive business performance improvement. This is a great high visibility opportunity. Following the process improvement work, this role will transition into a more traditional FP&A role.We are looking for someone who understands financials, understands process, and is technically strong with a background in systems and tools knowledge. You’ll have the opportunity to analyze and rebuild process to improve efficiencies for the finance space.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Financial Analysis – Analyze and communicate the key metrics and drivers against history, budget, forecast, and strategic plan.

Process Improvement-Reviewing, revamping, and creating efficiencies around process. Streamlining process and providing solutions.

Planning & Forecasting – Support the financial planning activities in a manner that yields challenging, but achievable, strategic plans, budgets and forecasts and provides clear understanding of requirements and results.

Modeling – Develop/maintain financial models to enable analytics around trends, performance, and outlook

Support – Support field operations in analysis of their financial performance and determining areas of improvement.

What are the requirements needed for this position?3-5 years progressive experience in finance or investment banking sectors.

Proven Process Improvement abilities increasing efficiencies

Analytical and technical skills-advanced in Excel

Experience with TM1 ( IBM planning analytics) or similar planning system/tools

Experience modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics that will be used to support decision making by executive leadership

Proficient at analyzing, interpreting, and succinctly synthesizing large amounts of financial data.

Advanced experience with ERP system (SAP or similar)

Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar discipline. MBA a plus

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will drive discussions leaders on reporting, planning, and identify/recommend efficiencies.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prepare a variety of financial reports in a timely and effective manner.

Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL experience is nice to have

Healthcare industry experience a plus

Experience managing multiple P&L’s or multiple Businesses

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
