Location: Woonsocket, RI Description: Our client is currently seeking a Snowflake Developer / Data Modeler to work as a full-time employee in Woonsocket. RI.
The team is looking for candidates who have Supply chain experience - this can be with any DataWarehousing tool Candidates should have Snowflake experience - can be in any domain The candidates need to have both Supply chain experience and Snowflake experience Strong Snowflake Developer with 6-8 years of experience in SQL Development and Data Analysis required to develop a new complex data warehouse. Should have the following skills In-depth knowledge of Cloud services and Supply Chain domain At least 2 full years of recent Snowflake experience Experience in Database like Oracle / Teradata Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Able to administer and monitor Snowflake computing platform Hands on experience with data load and manage cloud DB Experience in creation and modification of user accounts and security groups per request Handling large and complex sets of XML, JSON, and CSV from various sources and databases Solid grasp of database engineering and design Experience with any scripting languages, preferably Python" Roles and responsibility "Will be designing, developing and responsible for implementation in Snowflake. Will be loading from disparate data sets and translating complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design. Will also perform analysis of vast data stores and uncover insights."
