- Experience with the application of a wide range of tools and technologies in software development and Linux environments.
- Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IAC) model, and the ability to optimize the deployment of applications to achieve business outcomes through automation.
- Experience with process reengineering and the ability to identify and eliminate organizational silos by embracing team collaboration and communication.
- Experience applying GitOps principles in day to day activities.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps techniques working in large scale distributed environments, and resolving issues with automation.
- Solid background in Linux based systems administration, networking and troubleshooting distributed environment.
- Linux, Vmware, ansible, GIT, bit bucket, puppet, Database, Apache Httpd, Tomcat
- Experience with DB2, VMware, and Software defined networks is desirable. Experience in deploying with AWS, Google Cloud and/or Azure is a plus.
- Proficiency in modern software architecture using CI/CD, Micro Services, Infrastructure-as-Code and other DevOps techniques.
- Experience in automating, orchestrating and running large scale IaaS systems.
- Experience in implementing software defined networking and cloud networking like VPCs, VPN, IP-Sec Tunnels, and implementing networking in virtualized environments.
