Job Description

  • Understanding of relational database with thorough knowledge in datamarts, third normal form (3NF), and dimensional modeling ( dimensions and facts )
  • Proven experience in designing end-to-end data pipelines
  • Proven understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable and reusable data pipelines
  • Hands-on working experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with use of analytical functions
  • Experience in writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable PL/SQL and SQL
  • Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment, with exposure to CI/CD
  • Ability to understand existing Linux shell scripts to run the data flows
  • Passionate about engineering excellence with a strong understanding of object-orientated programming
  • Deliver using an Acceptance Test development (ATDD) approach
  • You have curiosity and passion about new technologies, data, visualization, and solving problems
  • Exposure to Test Automation is a plus
  • Exposure to Snowflake, Python, and Airflow is a plus

Technologies Stack

  • Advanced level ANSI SQL skills
  • Advanced level Oracle PL/SQL ( Functions, packages, procedures etc. ) with good understanding of Oracle 19c database preferred
  • Shell Scripting
  • Visual Studio Code and Oracle Sql Developer
  • Git/bitbucket for CI/CD
  • Basic understanding of Python
  • Our client is currently seeking a ETL Developer ( SQL)
