We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to work on a team of a large investment company, creating a comprehensive workforce management system.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with all levels of leadership, applying critical reporting, business analytics, and impactful communication to manage workforce data and deliver fact-based, data-driven insights to influence key decisions across multiple domains within the enterprise.
  • Managing organizational workforce data and ongoing changes; identifying trends and relevant information to help management to build effective staffing plans, evaluate performance, and clearly understand teams and associate capabilities; and crafting executive-level presentations and delivering updates around a broad range of workforce related topics.
  • Develop and improve workforce management tools/models/dashboards, contributing to the evolution of the team's analytic and business intelligence capabilities

Requirements:

  • Experience in workforce management, financial/operational modeling, and analysis
  • Proven ability to manage and synthesize organizational workforce data, ongoing changes, sync with financial and budget plans, and derive workforce analytics
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships across multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a fast-pace environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with outstanding work quality
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to "tell the story" and communicate concisely and impactfully to senior audiences
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytic experience that results in key insights and solutions
  • Self-starter with strong performance orientation and a "no surprise" approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
