Job Title: Release Engineer

Job Number: 20190

Duration of Contract: 6 Months +Our client has an immediate need for a release engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration and prioritization skills.

Opportunity Overview :

• Responsible for building servers
• Works with runbooks and releases applications
• Tracks code throughout environment and completes necessary paperwork to execute on installs
• Collaborates with relevant teams on performance issues to assist with resolutions.
• Deployment responsibilities will include the following: application installs; managing code; labeling; versioning and deployment plans

Qualifications & Required skills:

• Expertise with the following environments: Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2016, MS SQL 2016.
• MUST have a strong Windows Admin background utilizing Windows 2016
• Excellent organizations skills and detailed oriented.
• Release versioning experience.
